LegalLink Services provides in-person, mobile, and virtual services depending on the type of service and client needs. Fees vary based on the service requested, complexity of the matter, location, and any applicable government or third-party charges.

Mediation & Conflict Resolution

Family Law, Probate & Trust Mediation

Mediator Rate: $175 per hour. Mediator time may include mediation sessions, case preparation, review of submitted materials, telephone or virtual conferences, follow-up, and other time reasonably spent on the mediation.


An initial deposit may be required before mediation begins. Responsibility for mediation fees is determined by the parties. Fees are often shared equally, although the parties may agree to a different arrangement.


Civil Mediation

Flat-fee options may be available for qualifying two-party civil disputes involving monetary demands of $50,000 or less.


Two-Hour Mediation: $275 per party


The flat fee includes up to 30 minutes of mediator review of pre-mediation position statements of up to six pages. Additional mediation time is billed at $150 per hour, per party.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Because mediation sessions reserve substantial time on the mediator's calendar, cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply when insufficient notice is provided.


Specific cancellation terms and applicable fees will be provided as part of the mediation engagement agreement before services begin.

Mobile Notary Public Services

California Notary Fees

$15 per notarized signature, plus applicable mobile travel fees.


Additional charges may apply for services such as extended waiting time or other services not regulated as notarial acts. Any applicable charges will be discussed in advance.

Mobile notary services are available throughout the South Bay and surrounding communities, including:

  • Beach Cities: El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach
  • Torrance & Palos Verdes Peninsula: Torrance, Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, and Rancho Palos Verdes
  • Inland South Bay: Hawthorne, Gardena, Lawndale, Lomita, Carson, and Inglewood
  • Harbor Area: San Pedro, Wilmington, Harbor City, and Harbor Gateway
  • Additional Areas: Long Beach and select areas of Los Angeles

Mobile Travel Fees

Travel fees vary based on location, distance, time, parking requirements, and appointment circumstances.

Please contact us with your location for a travel-fee quote before scheduling.


Notary Signing Agent Services

Professional loan-signing services are available throughout the South Bay and surrounding communities.

Standard Signing: $175


Second signing for the same client, location, and day: $85


Additional charges may apply based on travel, document requirements, printing, scanbacks, waiting time, or other circumstances. Pricing will be confirmed before the appointment.


Apostille & Document Authentication

Apostille and authentication requirements vary significantly depending on:

  • Where the document was issued
  • The type of document
  • The country where it will be used
  • Whether the destination country participates in the Hague Apostille Convention
  • Whether additional county, state, federal, embassy, or consulate authentication is required
  • The number of documents
  • Requested processing time


Because each situation is different, we recommend contacting us for a quote based on your specific documents and destination country.


California Apostille Services

Starting at $165 for the first document

Discounted pricing may be available for additional documents submitted together for the same destination and processing requirements.


Other U.S. States & Federal Documents

LegalLink Services assists with eligible documents issued by all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and many federal agencies.


Pricing depends on the issuing jurisdiction, document type, processing requirements, and requested turnaround time.

Non-Hague Countries & Embassy Legalization

Documents destined for countries that do not participate in the Hague Apostille Convention may require additional state, federal, embassy, or consulate authentication.


Because requirements and third-party fees vary by country, pricing is provided on a case-by-case basis.


Additional Authentication

Certain documents may require certification or authentication by a county, court, health department, federal agency, or other issuing authority before an Apostille or legalization can be obtained.


We will explain any additional steps and applicable charges after reviewing your documents.


Processing Times

Government and embassy processing times vary and are outside the control of LegalLink Services. We will provide the current estimated processing time when your documents are reviewed but cannot guarantee processing times established by government agencies, embassies, consulates, or other third parties.


Rush or expedited options may be available depending on the document, jurisdiction, destination country, and current government processing availability.
